CHICAGO, IL, November 13, 2019 – Sheridan Capital Partners (“SCP”), a Chicago-based lower middle market private equity firm, announced today that Laura Johnson joined the firm as Director of Finance, Operations Group. Laura will work directly with portfolio company CFOs and management teams to improve financial and operational performance.

Prior to joining Sheridan, Laura worked at KPMG as a Director in the Deal Advisory practice, where she provided due diligence services to private equity clients on a variety of transactions. She started her career at KPMG in Chicago. Laura earned a BS and an MS in Accounting at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Laura is a registered CPA in the state of Illinois and has completed CFA Level I & II.
