Sheridan Capital Partners-Backed RS&A Announces Second Acquisition
01/18/2023RURAL HALL, NC – January 18, 2023 – RS&A, LLC (“RSA”), an established medical device independent service provider (“ISP”), recently completed its second acquisition of FY 2022. Since partnering with Sheridan in May 2022, RSA has actively pursued the acquisition of complementary assets within the medical device ISP market, including Summit Imaging (closed September 2022) and Avante Oncology Services (formerly Oncology Services International, Inc. or “OSI”) (closed December 2022). We believe these acquisitions strengthen RSA’s service & repair capabilities and create national scale as RSA continues to provide high-quality support to customers within radiation therapy and other critical medical equipment.
